TRIANGLE PARK is a jewel of the Point and a hotspot for migrating butterflies. CMPTA manages the Triangle Park plantings and maintenance in partnership with the Borough. The BEDFELLOWS of Pavilion Circle are neighbors who take responsibility for specific garden beds around the Circle. CMPTA offers a small stipend to each BEDFELLOW. The Making the Point Home Initiative began in 2018 as an ongoing program to support Point residents and potential residents. A Community Forum on this issue was followed by a Membership Survey which provided CMPTA with much needed insight into the needs and preferences of residents and other property-owners. As a result of the Survey, CMPTA added the Recreation/Learning/Social Events page to its website, sponsored a Community Workshop on Container Gardening and a Winter Workshop and added the Walk the Point weekly walk. |
